Scope:

User-Generated Content (UGC): Any media uploaded by users depicting real individuals. Users may upload UGC after passing third-party age (18+) and consent checks. Each approved upload is assigned a unique record number and stored securely in compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257. Files lacking complete documentation are removed, and the associated account may be suspended.

Synthetic Fictional AI Content (SAIC): Visual or textual content produced end-to-end by our AI systems without human performers. Content on beyondaistudios.com that is labeled as synthetic fictional may be created and served exclusively by AI; no real persons are involved. Therefore, SAIC is exempt from 18 U.S.C. § 2257 requirements, as no actual human performers are featured in any manner.

Creator-likeness AI Content (CAIC): Visual or textual content generated by our AI systems with human performers. Content on beyondaistudios.com that is labeled as creator-likeness may take as input text, image, or video of real persons. All CAIC hosted on beyondaistudios.com is produced pursuant to documented authorization from the depicted Creator. CAIC is labeled to distinguish it from SAIC and UGC.

For all CAIC and UGC that constitutes “sexually explicit conduct” under 18 U.S.C. § 2257, the Company maintains required age verification and consent records for the depicted Creator. Records are maintained in compliance with applicable federal recordkeeping requirements and are available to authorized government agencies as required by law.

The Company does not permit the generation, upload, or distribution of AI-generated content depicting the likeness of any individual without documented authorization and age verification. Unauthorized likeness replication is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action.
